“In Bloom” is the album that I wasn’t trying to make. It’s a flower that came to me, unasked. These are songs that celebrate the unexpected gift of the moment: honest, humble, surprises that came to me while I was busy chasing a different arrival. Maybe every bloom is a surrender of sorts. Rather than obsessing over some imagined destination, this album represents an entirely different pursuit: to stay present to the ever present gift of each passing moment.
